Zoning RegulationsThe City of Wolfforth does have a Zoning Ordinance that controls development. Please contact City Hall for zoning information pertaining to specific pieces of property. The Zoning Ordinance also controls construction of carports, driveways, and storage buildings. Carports typically require a variance on the ordinance to construct. PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Wolfforth will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., in the Wolfforth City Hall Meeting Room, 328 East Highway 62/82, Wolfforth, Texas. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public participation and comment on the following: 1. Consider a request for Conditional Use in a C2 Zone for a plant nursery at the following address: 702 Main Street, Wolfforth, Texas All interested parties are invited to attend and comment. This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available. Requests for accommodations or interpretive services must be made 48 hours prior to this meeting.
