2010 Harvest Festival Vendor Booth Registration The 20th Annual Harvest Festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 9, 2010. The Festival is located in the baseball complex at Patterson Park, on the access road to U.S. Highway 62/82 (Brownfield Highway). The Festival opens Saturday at approximately 9:45 a.m., as soon as the parade is over, and will close at 2:00 p.m. All booths (Food, Arts, Crafts, Merchandise, Non Profit Organizations) at the Festival will measure approximately 15 x 20 feet. Vendors supply all electrical needs, any shade and all tables, chairs, etc. for their booth space. The Chamber provides shaded seating for festival attendees/customers. All Food Vendors must have a Texas Health Certificate, unless associated with a non-profit organization. Electricity is NOT available. NO SILLY STRING by order of the Wolfforth Fire Marshall. Setup for the Harvest Festival is 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. Early setup for vendors will be allowed on Friday, after 5:00 By APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you do arrange for early setup on Friday, be aware that there will NOT be Security available on Friday night. The Wolfforth Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture is not responsible for any losses due to weather or vandalism/theft. Booth area must be cleaned and trash-free upon departure. You must be parked at the Festival site by 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, as the road closes for the Parade, which begins at 9:00 a.m. Booth Fees are as follows: ALL FOOD VENDORS $60.00 ARTS-CRAFTS-MERCH. $50.00 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (non-food) $30.00 Booth fees will not be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after September 25, 2010.
