Raffle Information

This year’s Harvest Festival Raffle will be a 50/50. 50% of the ticket sales will be awarded to the winner, to be announced just before the Harvest Queen Crowning at 1:00pm on October 1. The winner DOES NOT need to be present to win. As you sell tickets, the buyers name and phone number needs to be printed neatly on both tickets. You must keep one side of the ticket to be turned in and give the buyer the other ticket. Each contestant must turn in their minimum of 100 tickets and money on the night of judge’s interviews, Thursday, September 29 . If the minimum amount of tickets and money is not turned in on this date, you will be ineligible for interviews and the Queen’s contest. Additional ticket sales are encouraged as this will result in a larger prize for our winner and more excitement in years to come. Please help us make this year’s raffle a huge success by selling as many tickets as you can. You may pick up your first 100 tickets with your Queen application. Additional tickets can be picked up at Wolfforth City Hall or call/text Terri at (806)777-8971 to arrange pickup. This year’s top raffle ticket seller will receive a $100 Visa gift card to be awarded prior to the Queen crowning. Talk to your neighbors, friends, area businesses and teachers for ticket sales! Tickets are $1 a piece. Good luck!
