Payments by Credit or Debit Card
The City of Wolfforth now accepts credit/debit card payments for Municipal
Court fines or City Utility payments. Payments are processed through
Xpress-pay.com, and all transaction and access fees are charged to the customer.
Your fees to use a credit/debit card will be approximately 3% of your payment
amount. You will have the opportunity to view the total charge, with fees,
and to accept or decline the amount before the transaction is complete. You will need to make the following choices when you
access the Xpress-pay web site with the link listed below:
 | Use the drop down menu and choose Texas for the "Select a
State or Province" option. |
| Use the drop down menu and choose Wolfforth, City of for the
"Select a Business Name" option. |
| Choose Municipal Court or Utility Payments for
the "Select a Bill Type" option. |
You will need the following information in order to pay MUNICIPAL COURT
FINES:
| The name of the person to whom the citation/ticket was issued. |
| The ticket number or docket number. |
| Date of birth for the person to whom the citation/ticket was issued. |
| Citation amount. |
| Your credit/debit card information. |
You will need the following information in order to pay CITY OF WOLFFORTH
UTILITY (WATER) BILL:
| The customer name listed on the utility bill. |
| The customer account number, which is the six digit number listed on the
utility bill under "Account Number" or above the "Gross Amount Due" box on the
payment stub portion of your bill. |
| The amount due, which is printed in the bottom gray bar on both sections
of your bill. You may pay the "Net Amount Due" if you are paying your bill
by the 10th of the month, or the "Gross Amount Due" if you pay between the
11th and 20th of the month. Payments made after the 20th of the month
must be the "Gross Amount Due" plus an additional $20.00. |
| Your credit/debit card information. |

assistance with ticket/docket numbers, citation amounts, utility account
numbers, or utility amounts.
