Water Repairs To Affect Wolfforth Place Residents

Update from May 6 at 10am - Water service is expected to be turned off shortly to Wolfforth Place Residents. Contractors are on site to complete the necessary repairs as promptly as possible so that service can be restored soon.

On Monday, May 6, the area of Wolfforth Place will see a disruption of water service beginning mid-morning. We anticipate the disruption will last only a few hours at most, but we are unable to guarantee circumstances won’t change.  The interruption is not the result of a leak or break but a planned outage necessary for upgrading a section of our distribution system.  Ultimately, the completion of this small project will ensure a better level of service for this area.  Work should be completed over a period of a few hours and water service will be restored as soon as possible. Due to TCEQ guidelines, when the water is turned off, a Boil Water Notice must be issued and will stay in effect until water samples are tested over 24 hours.
You can find updates regarding this Boil Water Notice on our website at
www.wolfforthtx.us or follow our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CityOfWolfforth/

We appreciate your patience as we continue to make necessary improvements to our water distribution system.
