Notification of Garbage Rate Increase

March 5, 2024 – The City of Wolfforth has been notified by Republic Services of a rate increase for garbage collections and wants to inform citizens of rate adjustments for utility customers that will go into effect on your May utility bill. Currently residential garbage rates are $19.43 for a steel container, $30.58 for one cart service container and $42.81 for two cart service containers. The new rates that will be reflected on May bills are as follows:

$22.49 for a steel container
$32.16 for one cart service container
$45.03 for two cart service container
