The Court does issue arrest warrants for unresolved citations. If an arrest warrant is issued, the original fine will have additional fees added for the warrant fee and the failure-to-appear fee.
Driver's License Restrictions
The Court does have an agreement with the State of Texas to restrict your ability to renew your driver's license for an unpaid citation. If you fail to complete the terms of your agreement with the Court to resolve a citation, the Court will issue a "flag" against your driver's license and an additional fee is added to the fine. You will not be able to renew your license until the Wolfforth citation is completely resolved.
