Harvest Festival Fun Run

                                                        October 9, 2010 

·                    K – 5^th Graders

·                    Pre-registration required.  Turn in waiver form & entry fee to your PE teacher or Wolfforth City Hall by Friday, October 1, 2010.  NO Registration on the day of the races.

·                    Entry fee $5.00

·                    Must pre-register by October 1^st and complete the race to receive a T-shirt.

·                    Race date:  Saturday, October 9, 2010.  First race beings @ 10:00a.m.

·                    Location:  Patterson Park, Wolfforth, Texas

·                    Race is approximately 1 mile and will be on a rolling time schedule.  Each division race will last about 10 to 15 minutes.  (6 division races)

·                    Medals for first five finishers in each division.

DIVISIONS:   

K & 1^st Grade Girls    (1^st race)                     K & 1^st Grade Boys   (2^nd race)

2^nd & 3^rd Grade Girls  (3^rd race)                   2^nd & 3^rd Grade Boys  (4^th race)

4^th  & 5^th  Grade Girls  (5^th race)                  4^th & 5^th Grade Boys (6^th race)

*Competition numbers will be worn on front of T-shirt for the race.  Numbers will be given to participants at school by P.E. teachers at least one day before event; it is your proof of registration.

5K RUN FOR ADULTS @ 8:00 a.m.  $10 ENTRY FEE

I fully understand that my child’s participation in the 2010 Wolfforth Harvest Festival Run can result in injury.  I certify that I grant permission for my child to participate in the event with full knowledge that physical fitness and sufficient training are necessary to prevent injury to my child.  I waive all claims against the Wolfforth Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, the City of Wolfforth and the sponsors/organizers of this event, or their employees, representatives, or successors arising out of my child’s participation in the event.  This waiver shall be binding on my heirs, administrators and assigns.

Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all foregoing to use any photograph, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of my application in this event for any legitimate purposes.
